Reishi

Reishi tea is made from the Reishi mushroom, which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine for its potential health benefits. Some of the reported benefits of Reishi tea include boosting the immune system, reducing inflammation, calming the nerves and reducing the risk of certain cancers. It's also a good source of antioxidants. However, it's important to note that the use of Reishi tea is not recommended for everyone. People with low blood pressure, blood disorders, or who are taking blood thinning medications should avoid Reishi tea. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should also avoid it as there is not enough research on the potential effects on the developing fetus. As with any dietary supplement, it's best to consult a healthcare provider before adding Reishi tea to your diet.
