Reishi tea is made from the Reishi mushroom, which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine for its potential health benefits. People with low blood pressure, as lion's mane tea can lower blood pressure further
People taking blood-thinning medications, as lion's mane tea can increase the risk of bleeding
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, as the safety of using lion's mane tea during pregnancy isn't well-established.
