Reishi
Reishi tea is made from the Reishi mushroom, which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine for its potential health benefits. Some of the reported benefits of Reishi tea include boosting the immune system, reducing inflammation, calming the nerves and reducing the risk of certain cancers. It's also a good source of antioxidants.
However, it's important to note that the use of Reishi tea is not recommended for everyone. Lion's mane tea is made from the mushroom species Hericium erinaceus. This tea is believed to have several health benefits, some of which are:

However, some people should avoid lion's mane tea. For example:
Those who are allergic to mushrooms
People with low blood pressure, as lion's mane tea can lower blood pressure further
People taking blood-thinning medications, as lion's mane tea can increase the risk of bleeding
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, as the safety of using lion's mane tea during pregnancy isn't well-established.
